About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our store.This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
What you'll be doing- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
- Maintaining a neat, organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
- High school graduate or equivalent qualification required
