Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

This is a hands‑on digital role supporting:

• Digital Marketing (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
• SEO & AEO (on‑page, technical coordination, optimisation for AI search engines)
• E‑commerce (Shopify)
• CRM (HubSpot + Klaviyo)

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Execute e‑commerce performance marketing (Shopify)
• Implement SEO and AEO updates and coordinate technical SEO
• Run CRO experiments and improve funnel performance
• Manage HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, and automation
• Manage Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and campaigns
• Maintain tracking across GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Klaviyo
• Build dashboards and weekly performance reports
• Manage Shopify products, pages, collections, and apps
• Support landing page builds and CRO improvements
• Work with agencies during the transition to in‑house capability

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in digital marketing or social media management are advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

The candidate must have professional, hands‑on experience with:

• Google Ads (campaign setup, optimisation, bidding strategies)
• Meta Ads (audiences, creatives, optimisation)
• SEO & AEO (on‑page optimisation + technical coordination)
• Shopify (products, collections, apps, CRO updates)
• HubSpot CRM (workflows, automation, forms, lists)
• Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, campaigns)
• GA4 + Tag Manager (event tracking, conversions, dashboards)
• Attribution modelling (multi‑channel performance understanding)
• EDM creation and automation (HubSpot + Klaviyo)
• CRO fundamentals (A/B testing, funnel optimisation)

NON-NEGOTIABLES:

• Minimum of College Graduate to 2 years working experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytic tools.
