Familiarity with common software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, coding, troubleshooting techniques).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Data Entry
- Network & Security Assistance
- Organize IT inventory (e.g., tracking company laptops, software licenses).
- Learning & Collaboration
- Currently enrolled in an IT-related course (e.g., BSIT, BSCS, BSIS, BSCE, or other computer-related programs).
- Willing to complete the required OJT hours (usually 300-600 hours, depending on the school)
