About the role

As a Team Leader at Concentrix', you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring a team of Customer Service Executives in our modern call center in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving team performance to meet key business objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Executives to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Monitor team and individual performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive results
  • Provide regular feedback, training and development opportunities to help your team reach their full potential
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and lead by example to motivate your team
  • Escalate and resolve complex customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements
  • Contribute to the overall success of the call center by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role within a fast-paced, target-driven call center environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding key performance targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively handle escalated customer issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using call center management software and data analysis tools
