About the role
ABest Express Inc. is seeking a talented and ambitious Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing- Rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations
- Assist in the day-to-day management of our retail stores, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations by identifying and implementing efficient processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of company initiatives
- Undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your managerial and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Passion for the retail industry and a desire to drive growth and innovation
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a growth mindset
- Proficiency in using technology, including inventory management and point-of-sale systems
