Accounting Supervisor

About the role

As an Accounting Supervisor at JB Wall Systems Inc.', you will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions. Based in Taytay Rizal, this full-time position will involve managing a team of accounting professionals and ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other critical financial information.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and controls to improve the overall financial management of the organisation
• Mentor and train junior members of the accounting team to support their professional development
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support business objectives

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a financial accounting function
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve financial issues
• Proven track record of leading and developing a team of accounting professionals
