We’re looking for a skilled Sales Technician who can combine technical expertise and customer service to help customers get the most out of their devices.

Position: SALES TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with technical inquiries and product recommendations
• Demonstrate device features and proper usage
• Perform basic troubleshooting and technical support for gadgets and accessories
• Provide after-sales assistance and technical guidance to customers
• Support the sales team in achieving store targets
• Maintain service tools, technical records, and organized work areas
• Stay updated with the latest tech products and features

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• NC II Certification in Computer Systems Servicing, Electronics, or related field is preferred, but not required
• Tech-savvy with strong interest in gadgets and electronics
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Retail or technical service experience is an advantage
• With basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in gadgets, laptops, mobile phones, and accessories
