About the role
Join our dynamic Customer Service team at IGT Technologies Philippines, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time position based in Pavia Iloilo, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
- Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your knowledge and customer service skills
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
- College Graduate (With/without BPO Experience)
- or 2nd year College Undergraduate with 6 months of BPO Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and empathise with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in a positive manner
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others
