Service Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily roving set up, start up operations checks of all AC units in the company including parameter optimization, quick repairs as needed.
• Perform periodic maintenance schedules on all AC units to maintain optimum performance and efficiency aimed towards Predictive Maintenance
• Troubleshoot, assess and perform the appropriate corrective maintenance repairs of all shut downed AC units in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
• Maintain and update timely all maintenance records associated with the AC units.
• Install, test and commission new AC units or replacement units including execution of related mechanical and electrical works (brackets fabrication, electrical power layout, circuit breakers installation, etc)
• Assist other Machine and Facilities technicians as needed and requested in the maintenance works requiring technical skills (electrical, electronic and mechanical), including daily roving tasks (lighting, ventilation, power)
• Perform repairs on small and auxiliary equipment (fans, blowers, chillers, heaters, water dispensers)
• Perform HVAC and other related tasks at customer sites (internal & external), exhibits, showrooms on Official Business Manpower Job Order Request

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a least a 2 year vocational or technical course in Refrigeration & Airconditioning, NC-II certified
• With experience as a Refrigeration and Airconditioning Maintenance Technician
• With extensive knowledge on related electrical and mechanical works, primarily installation , repair of AC units of different brands and types including window type, ceiling suspended, split type (Carrier, Panasonic, Daikin, Mitsubishi)
• Can perform related tasks including electronic, electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair maintenance
