Branch Finance Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end finance function for the assigned branch, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform decision-making at the branch and corporate level
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and profitability
• Mentor and develop the branch finance team to build a high-performing and motivated workforce
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Branch Manager and contribute to the overall success of the branch
• Will be assigned in Alabang branch

What we're looking for:

• Atleast 3 years of experience in a similar finance manager role in any industry
• Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of financial reporting standards
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Proven experience in leading and developing finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or Management Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA qualification is an advantage
