Our awesome client, a leading company based in AU is looking for Accounting Associate professionals to be part of their team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Position Summary
The position is responsible for completing day-to-day tasks and projects specific to our client’s CDH and COBRA processes. The position will support the Custodial CDH and COBRA Accounting Supervisor but report to Custodial Accounting Operations Manager.
Essential Functions- Lead and complete CDH project-based work and communicate results to management. Includes managing projects to ensure accounting hits assigned deadlines.
- Complete unclaimed property analysis and reporting for CDH accounting
- Complete daily previous day composite for both CDH and COBRA bank accounts
- Complete daily direct pay reconciliation (FSA Store)
- Complete daily plan balancing
- Complete expired plans audit
- ACH update in banking portal
- Salesforce case management
- Review and recommend enhancements to current CDH accounting processes and controls to ensure they are best in industry, either independently or in tandem with other department staff
- Point of contact for client questions and issues (includes responding to clients directly)
- Support Custodial Accounting Lead with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Other day-to-day duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience and knowledge of QuickBooks (extensive knowledge is +) and Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot
- Ability to manage time, including but not limited to:
- Review and re-prioritize tasks assigned day to day based on importance and urgency with limited direction from supervisor
- Work with minimal supervision
- Punctual, self-starter
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Good work attitude, adaptability and multi-tasking abilities
- Independent/self-motivated and ability to work in team environment
- Willingness to work outside scheduled work hours as needed, especially during our busy season
