We are looking for a Customer Service Associate – After-Sales Support to manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent service that builds long-term relationships. The role also involves handling order processing, maintaining customer records, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to post-sales inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation in CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering prompt and effective support.
- Promote and upsell relevant products and services to meet customer needs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate business unit for resolution.
- Support internal and external clients in achieving smooth service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales quotas/targets.
- Handle challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (IT-related course preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (after-sales or telesales experience an advantage).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal ability.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Willing to work extended hours, including weekends, if needed.
- Technical knowledge or IT industry exposure is a plus.
