We are looking for a Customer Service Associate – After-Sales Support to manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent service that builds long-term relationships. The role also involves handling order processing, maintaining customer records, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to post-sales inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation in CRM systems.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering prompt and effective support.
  • Promote and upsell relevant products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate business unit for resolution.
  • Support internal and external clients in achieving smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales quotas/targets.
  • Handle challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (IT-related course preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service (after-sales or telesales experience an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal ability.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
  • Willing to work extended hours, including weekends, if needed.
  • Technical knowledge or IT industry exposure is a plus.
