Join our POSH Motorcycle Shop team! We're looking for friendly and reliable Retail Sales Associates and Cashiers for our General Trias, Cavite branch. No experience? No problem, we'll train you!
What you'll do:
- Assist customers in finding the right motorcycle parts and accessories
- Process sales transactions and handle cash/card/e-wallet payments
- Prepare daily sales reports and cash counts
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-displayed
- Monitor inventory and assist in receiving deliveries
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
- Provide product knowledge and after-sales assistance to customers
- Comply with all store policies, cash handling procedures, and security protocols
What we're looking for:
- At least Senior High School graduate (college grad preferred)
- Fresh graduates and career shifters welcome
- Prior retail or cashiering experience is an advantage
- Basic motorcycle parts knowledge is a plus but not required
- Honest, customer-focused, and hardworking
- Good communication skills in Filipino; basic English is an advantage
- Can start immediately is a strong advantage
