Job Title: Bookkeeper

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (8 hours/day, Monday – Saturday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations while supporting the accounting function of the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles who are eager to develop their expertise and grow within the company.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain meticulous records, and support the clinic’s operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support payroll processing, government remittances, and tax compliance.
  • Maintain and organize financial records for audits and regulatory purposes.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Implement and maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and external auditors as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
