Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in supervising daily FOH operations and staff.
- Assist in handling guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery situations.
- Supervise and guide front-of-house team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and daily briefings.
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating arrangements during service.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and adherence to restaurant standards.
- Conduct opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Support training and onboarding of new FOH staff.
- Maintain communication between FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager or General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or a related field
- With at least 2 years previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in a restaurant
- With leadership/people management skills
- Knowledgeable in scheduling assistance, restaurant SOP
- With good communication skills for handling customer and staffs
