Job Description
Posted on 14 May 2026Responds to service requests and inquiries from all business units and head office employees.
Monitors the IT Helpdesk system daily and addresses all logged requests in a timely manner.
Prepares and files IT Request Forms (ITRF) for user or IT-related requests within the day of receipt.
Performs daily monitoring and testing of network infrastructure across all business units and provides technical support as needed.
Conducts preventive maintenance of all computers and laptops at the head office and other business units.
Participates in webinars, company trainings, and seminars for continuous learning and development.
Qualifications/Requirements
Preferably a graduate of Information TechnologyPreferably with relevant experience in Technical and Network Troubleshooting
With Good Communication Skills
