JOB SUMMARY

An E‑Commerce Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing, growing, and optimizing the company’s online sales channels and digital commerce operations. The role focuses on driving revenue, improving customer experience, and ensuring efficient online platform performance through strategic planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and execute e‑commerce strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and customer acquisition
• Identify new online channels
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies

• Manage and optimize e‑commerce platforms
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of online stores

• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Improve website traffic, conversion rates and customer engagement and retention
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotions and campaigns

• Analyze sales performance, customer data, and website metrics
• Use data insights to optimize strategies and improve performance
• E. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in Marketing, IT, Supply Chain & Logistics
• Provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience
• Handle customer issues and improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Implement improvements based on customer feedback and behavior

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and operations, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful e-commerce and digital marketing strategies
• Expertise in ecommerce, digital marketing or online retail operations
• Proficient in web analytics tools and data analysis to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce or any related field
