As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Travel Reservations Account, you will assist customers with their travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transportation, and vacation packages. You will be responsible for providing excellent service by helping travelers with inquiries, reservations, changes, or cancellations while ensuring a positive and stress-free experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, chat, or email regarding travel inquiries and bookings
- Provide accurate information about travel products, pricing, and availability
- Help customers make, change, or cancel reservations
- Resolve complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure all interactions are properly documented in the system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
- Open to high school graduates, senior high school graduates, and college undergraduates
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Basic computer navigation skills and typing speed
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to work onsite
