Marketing Assistant - Healthcare & Medical Device

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn how marketing works in a regulated healthcare and medical device environment. The role requires coordination with internal teams, sales representatives, suppliers, hospitals, event organizers, and healthcare partners.

1. Marketing Collaterals and Creative Support

• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, invitations, flyers, product visuals, and event materials.
• Prepare layouts and basic designs using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, product positioning, and approved messaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams for revisions, approvals, and production requirements.

1. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in managing company social media pages and website updates.
• Create captions, content calendars, basic layouts, and campaign materials.
• Monitor comments, inquiries, and engagement from online channels.
• Support online campaigns for healthcare, medical device, and product awareness content.

1. Healthcare and Medical Event Support

• Assist in planning and executing events such as conventions, product launches, hospital activities, booth sponsorships, and medical conferences.
• Coordinate event logistics, supplies, booth setup, marketing materials, and documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, event organizers, hospital marketing teams, and internal sales teams.
• Be willing to travel nationwide when needed for marketing activities and events.

1. Sales and Product Marketing Support

• Support the sales team during product demonstrations, trainings, launches, and customer activities.
• Prepare product materials, presentation files, and event support documents.
• Assist in organizing product samples, displays, giveaways, and promotional items.
• Help ensure marketing activities are aligned with sales objectives.

1. Market Research and Reporting

• Conduct basic research on competitors, healthcare trends, customer needs, and industry activities.
• Monitor campaign performance through social media and analytics tools.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, event results, and recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates may apply, but must show strong interest in healthcare, pharma, or medical device marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in an office-based setup in Vasra, Quezon City.
• Willing to travel nationwide when needed for events, conventions, and marketing activities.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare/pharma environment where product claims, approvals, and compliance are important.

• Internship or work experience in marketing, events, healthcare, pharma, medical device, or FMCG.
• Experience creating social media content, captions, posters, reels, or simple campaign materials.
• Experience assisting in events, booths, product launches, or trade marketing activities.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe tools.
• Portfolio of sample designs, captions, or previous marketing work is an advantage.
