Position Title: Procurement Assistant

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Work with the sales team to process orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers, update the CRM for tracking, and ensure timely production and delivery. Provide progress updates and address inquiries on order status and delivery details.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate intimately with the sales department to ensure orders are processed with accuracy and speed
  • Perform comprehensive reviews of artwork, address specifics, lead times, pricing, and other critical elements prior to order confirmation
  • Facilitate order placement with suppliers via email or through dedicated supplier portals as necessary
  • Engage in ongoing coordination with suppliers through phone and email communications to promote seamless order processing
  • Regularly update the sales team and relevant stakeholders with progress reports on orders
  • Efficiently manage and keep the CRM system up-to-date for real-time tracking of order processing and delivery timelines
  • Monitor orders diligently through the stages of production and delivery, ensuring any needed actions are taken promptly to maintain schedule adherence
  • Respond swiftly and thoroughly to inquiries about order statuses, delivery timings, and specifics related to products

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated expertise in order management, sales assistance, or comparable positions related to supply chain or sales operations
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong focus on detail and a methodical approach to analyzing data and solving problems
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities, able to juggle numerous projects and responsibilities in a dynamic setting
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and supplier portals, which is strongly preferred
  • Collaborative attitude with the capacity to operate autonomously as needed
