Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily live selling sessions across platforms (Meta pages, Shopee Live, TikTok Shop)
- Present products engagingly — demonstrate usage, explain benefits, answer viewer questions in real-time
- Drive sales conversions during live sessions through product knowledge and audience rapport
- Follow product messaging and promotional guidelines provided by the marketing team
- Coordinate with marketing on daily featured products, bundles, promotions, and talking points
- Maintain the live selling room — product displays, lighting, camera setup
- Track and report daily live selling metrics (viewers, peak concurrent, engagement, orders generated)
- Participate in content creation outside of live sessions as needed (short-form video, product demos)
Probationary KPIs
KPI 1: Live Streaming Hours per Week- Target:
- Full-Time: 30 hours/week (6 hours/day × 5 days/week)
- Part-Time: 100% Delivery on Committed Scheduled Days/Hours
- Includes schedule adherence — sessions must start at published times
- Remaining on-site hours are for prep, content creation, product study, and reporting
- Formula: (Comments + Reactions + Product Inquiries) / Unique Viewers × 100
- Target: ≥5% (may increase as we gather data and establish baselines)
- Measures host quality — the ability to create real interaction, not just broadcast
- Will be introduced once the sales mechanism is defined (dedicated purchase page,
- Candidate should understand from Day 1 that a commercial KPI will be layered in — live selling is ultimately a sales role
- Comfortable and engaging on camera during live streaming sessions (required)
- Experience in live selling on any platform — TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, or similar (required). If no direct live selling experience, must demonstrate experience in a closely related activity (hosting, presenting, vlogging with sales intent)
- Fluent in Tagalog (required) — primary audience is nationwide via Meta pages
- Conversational English (required)
- Bisaya-speaking (nice to have) — potential for Visayas-targeted live content in the future
- Energetic, personable, and able to maintain audience engagement for extended periods
- Comfortable handling COD sales objections and product questions in real-time
- Basic understanding of skincare/personal care products (trainable)
- Willing to work on-site at Cebu office (Mandaue City)
