Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the accounting team’s daily activities
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries
- Review and reconcile financial discrepancies and reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and government requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
- CPA license is an advantage
- At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
