Product support engineer

Job Description

• Pre-sales key responsibility includes but not limited to fixed network solution design, product strategy and road mapping, responsible for Bill of Quotation (BOQ), product beta testing, and extensive customer-centric communication to ensure business success.
• Work closely with Key Account Department in analyzing customer needs, identifying opportunities for new solutions or improvements to existing ones, and acquiring the market.
• Produce competitive technical solution and pricing for project winning, deliver formal technical proposals and solution presentations to key customers including, but not limited to, new technology introduction, feature introduction, implementation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Huawei R&D and Customer team through active customer engagement, workshop arrangement, POC, and respond to RFP/RFQ/RFI.
• Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to inform product positioning and pricing strategies and to and drive resources to close the deal.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE) or any similar field
• Fundamental knowledge of the ICT products and services
• Good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused team player
• Business fluent in English
