Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin Nurse to support both clinical and administrative operations. This role combines patient care responsibilities with office and coordination functions, requiring strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health
  • Collect and analyze patient data, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history
  • Identify health concerns and formulate nursing diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition
  • Interpret diagnostic test results and respond to patient status changes
  • Provide pain management and ensure patient comfort
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for medical validation and verification

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail)
  • Screen and route messages to appropriate personnel
  • Prepare, draft, and edit reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement
  • Maintain filing systems and coordinate equipment maintenance
  • Enter and update data in systems and trackers
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and related documentation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Registered Nurse (RN); postgraduate nursing degree is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are welcome)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules and holidays

Preferred:

  • Experience in administrative or office-based roles
