Job Description
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for Enterprise Capability (EC) roles in Manila. This role partners closely with EC hiring leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, strengthen candidate pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience while meeting compliance and process standards.
Key Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting across Enterprise Capability positions (intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, selection support, offer, and close).
- Lead intake/kickoff meetings with hiring managers to confirm role requirements, must-have skills, assessment approach, timelines, and selection criteria.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, market mapping, Boolean search, competitor targeting).
- Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and role fit; provide structured recommendations supported by evidence.
- Drive pipeline health, ensuring qualified slate delivery and maintaining momentum through the hiring process.
- Partner with HR and hiring teams on compensation alignment, offer strategy, and closing approaches (within defined guidelines).
- Maintain accurate, timely updates in the ATS/CRM and produce recruiting activity and status reporting as required.
- Support process improvements that reduce time-to-fill, improve quality-of-hire, and strengthen candidate experience.
- Ensure hiring activity follows applicable company policies, local labor considerations, and data/privacy expectations.
- Represent the employer brand professionally in all candidate interactions and advise managers on best practices.
- Hiring Managers and Enterprise Capability Leaders (Manila and global stakeholders as applicable).
- HR Business Partners, Compensation/Reward, and Onboarding teams.
- Recruitment Operations / Shared Services (for scheduling, onboarding steps, and background checks where applicable).
- Time-to-fill and time-in-stage improvements for assigned requisitions.
- Quality of slate and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Offer acceptance rate and candidate NPS/experience feedback.
- Source mix health and pipeline conversion rates.
- Data quality and compliance in ATS/CRM.
- Consultative recruiting and stakeholder management.
- Market intelligence and proactive sourcing.
- Candidate experience and closing skills.
- Operational excellence and attention to detail.
- Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting with strong sourcing capability.
- Experience hiring for enterprise/corporate functions (shared services, corporate, or GBS-style roles is a plus).
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Strong interview, assessment, and candidate management skills.
- Proficiency using ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with metrics and reporting.
- Experience recruiting for roles supporting global/enterprise teams across multiple functions.
- Exposure to workforce planning, market mapping, talent pooling, and pipeline programs.
- Familiarity with structured interviewing, competency frameworks, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience in an agency + in-house background or high-volume/professional hiring mix.Cor

- Hybrid/on-site expectations depend on business needs and local office guidance.
