Amazon Reporting Assistant - Part Time (US Consulting, WFH)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Amazon Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business across multiple brands. This role is primarily responsible for managing reports, maintaining data accuracy, monitoring pricing and inventory discrepancies, and providing operational support through Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center
  • Strong understanding of Amazon reports, statements, inventory reconciliation, and support ticket processes
  • Experience handling shipment discrepancies, inventory claims, and Amazon case management is highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet management
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or e-commerce accounts is an advantage
  • Familiarity with e-commerce reporting tools and marketplace analytics is preferred
What will you do?
  • Download and consolidate reports from Amazon and Walmart marketplaces across multiple brands
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business reports to management
  • Generate sales, performance, and operational reports to support business decision-making
  • Maintain and update large Excel spreadsheets, reporting templates, and operational records
  • Monitor shipment discrepancies and inventory variances between shipped and received quantities
  • Investigate inventory issues and maintain detailed discrepancy tracking reports
  • Open and manage support tickets with Amazon to dispute inventory shortages and shipment errors
  • Follow up on claims and support cases through resolution
  • Monitor daily pricing and competitor activity across Amazon and Walmart listings
  • Update pricing reports and maintain competitive intelligence records
  • Organize documentation and provide administrative support for ongoing marketplace operations
  • Respond to email inquiries and assist with operational tasks as required
  • Work independently following the initial training period while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
