Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile software development environment
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience transitioning teams from traditional to Agile workflows
- Technical Literacy: Solid conceptual understanding of modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, APIs) and CI/CD pipelines to effectively communicate with engineering teams
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
