Human Resources Generalist

We are a fast-growing e-commerce jewelry company dedicated to creating beautiful, high-quality jewelry and delivering an exceptional online shopping experience. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team and help foster a positive workplace culture.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and supporting conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement and wellness programs.
• Payroll preparation by coordinating employee information.
• Participate in developing and improving HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and general HR functions.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a fast-paced business environment is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
