Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory processes with accuracy and consistency on blood, tissue, and other biological samples
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, biosafety, and quality control standards
• Record, review, and report laboratory results accurately and timely
• Maintain laboratory supplies, reagents, and equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold patient confidentiality and safety in all laboratory activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and accuracy
• Support the laboratory team by providing technical expertise and guidance on complex procedures

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
• Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (REQUIRED)
• Proficient in operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting complex laboratory equipment.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in analyzing blood, tissue, and fluid samples.
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols, quality control, and patient confidentiality.
• Capable of interpreting complex laboratory data and accurately identifying abnormal results.
