About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join the team at MOF Company (Subic), Inc. in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office. As our Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in office management and contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and the likes;
  • Providing administrative support, to the various departments and management team, including handling department reports, organizing records etc.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, and resolving any issues that arise
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Assisting with the coordination of company meetings, and other functions
  • Supervising and training administrative staff, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively
  • Monitoring and managing the office budget, including tracking expenses and invoices
What we're looking for
  • At least one (1) year of experience in an office management or similar administrative role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to identify and implement process improvements
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
