CUTTING SUPERVISOR

Supervise cutting operations, coordinate activities with other departments, and ensure work is completed according to specifications and deadlines.
Monitor quality of cut pieces, identify defects, and take corrective action to meet quality standards.
Train and mentor cutting staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.

Qualifications/Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin
Relevant experience in the footwear industry or a related sector is highly valued.
Familiarity with various cutting machinery and equipment used in shoe manufacturing.
Understanding of different leather types, fabrics, and their properties, including calculations and variances.
