WFH Property Sourcing Agent (UK market)

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Property Sourcing Agent to join their UK-based investment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying residential investment opportunities, conducting deep-dive due diligence, and managing the initial stages of the property acquisition pipeline.

Client Overview:

Our client is a bespoke property investment service in the UK specializing in end-to-end residential real estate strategies. The firm focuses on identifying high-yield opportunities like buy-to-let and HMOs for a diverse investor base.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time (GMT/BST) (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Source residential investment properties across the UK market including buy-to-let and HMO strategies.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and market analysis on potential investment opportunities.
• Analyse financial data and investment viability to assess deal quality for clients.
• Contact estate agents to arrange and book property viewings on behalf of the team.
• Compile research findings and present clear investment summaries to senior team members.
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities within target regions.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with estate agents across target markets.
• Manage a pipeline of potential investment properties from identification through to viewing stage.

Requirements:

• Experience or strong understanding of UK residential property investment strategies.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills for evaluating property deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with estate agents.
• High level of attention to detail when conducting research and due diligence.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Reliable and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
• Bonus if you have specialized experience in HMO property sourcing.
• It helps if you are familiar with UK property portals and valuation tools.
