Thai Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Thai Language Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support by assisting Thai-speaking customers through various communication channels. You will address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and service standards.

• Provide customer support in Thai and English through phone, email, or chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality service.
• Document customer interactions and update records accordingly.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

• Proficient in Thai (spoken and written).
• At least a High School Graduate.
• Foreign nationals must possess a valid Philippine working permit.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, if required.
• Can start ASAP.

• Earn up to ₱87,000
• ₱20,000 Sign-On Bonus
