Construction Estimator (Roofing Construction Experience)

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Construction Estimator & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction who can confidently read plans, prepare for estimates. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, detailed oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities with precision.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Utilize estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Communicate with internal team members regarding project details and updates
• In the future- Assist with administrative and backend office tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and general office coordination

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction estimating and/or construction-related roles
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the same environment
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Experience with estimating software (Plan Swift, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and able to find hidden details in the plans
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be willing to work in ONSITE Eastwood, Libis and US Schedule
• CAN WORK ASAP
