Experience Required: At least 1 year in a technical support role

Job Description:

You will play a key role in helping customers resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues or do trouble shooting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity problems
• Walk customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and patient manner
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve support processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software, hardware, and networks
• High school diploma or equivalent required; IT-related certifications or degree is a plus
