Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! This role is ideal for those who prefer primarily back-office work with limited voice responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and occasional calls
• Process customer requests and account updates in our internal systems
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with service standards
• Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

Qualifications:

• At least 2nd year College Undergraduate, Senior High School Graduate, or holder of any 2-year vocational or associate degree
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
