  • Audit Activities: Conduct audits for various departments, including the Food Service Department (Canteens, Take Home, Shopping, Candy Store, etc.), and the Production Department to ensure proper financial documentation and compliance with internal controls.
  • Inventory Management: Perform regular monthly inventory checks for accuracy and consistency. Report discrepancies and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports based on audit findings and monthly inventory checks, ensuring clear communication with the Finance Director.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards during audits.
  • Internal Controls: Recommend improvements in processes and systems for better financial controls and efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Educational Background: College graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), accounting software, or audit tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.
  • Personal Attributes: Organized, methodical, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
