About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist with a strong record of successfully closing international (overseas) clients in the digital marketing space. This role requires a confident communicator and deal-closer who understands global markets, digital services, and the nuances of cross-border sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by targeting and closing clients across international markets (U.S., UK, Middle East, Australia, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and virtual meetings across multiple time zones
  • Present and pitch customized digital marketing solutions (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Web Design, etc.) tailored to regional business goals
  • Build trust with C-level decision-makers and business owners overseas, overcoming language and cultural barriers when needed
  • Prepare and deliver clear proposals, pricing, and contracts to a global audience
  • Maintain and manage an international sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for international clients
  • Track market trends and client feedback to improve outreach and offerings

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven success closing international clients in a B2B digital marketing or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and performance metrics
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages a plus
  • Experience with global sales tactics, timezone management, and remote deal closing
  • Ability to build relationships and trust in virtual, cross-cultural environments
  • Comfortable using online sales tools, CRMs, and video conferencing platforms

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience selling to businesses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or the Middle East
  • Familiarity with cross-border payment methods and contract negotiation
  • Background in lead generation, proposal writing, or account-based selling
