Promote and demonstrate the company's products to customers.
Assist customers by answering product-related inquiries and recommending suitable products.
Maintain attractive, clean, and organized product displays according to company standards.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are properly arranged.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the store or warehouse.
Check product expiration dates (if applicable) and remove damaged or expired items.
Implement merchandising plans, promotional displays, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Build and maintain good working relationships with store personnel and customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and store regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
QualificationsHigh school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college graduate in any field.
Previous experience as a promodiser, merchandiser, sales promoter, or retail sales associate is an advantage but not required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, energetic, and sales-oriented personality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Physically fit and willing to stand for extended periods.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.
