Customer Service Representative (Maintenance & Administrative Support)

We are seeking for a skilled Customer Service Representative (Maintenance and Administrative Support) to join our team.

• Strong Communication Skills
• Proficient in speaking and understanding American English
• Writing & Documentation
• Skilled in handling emails, reading and interpreting government documents, and completing required forms accurately
• Organizational Abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel, highly organized, excellent at follow-ups and extremely persistent
• Maintenance Coordination
• Either experienced with or willing to learn about maintenance-related tasks, including vendor communication, follow-ups, and meeting deadlines.
• Administrative Support
• Capable of handling data entry, calendar management, accountability tracking, basic accounting, negotiation , and researching applicable laws, codes, and basic Section 9 terms and conditions.
