Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations (Front-of-House or Back-of-House)
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Computer literate
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willing to undergo training and extend working hours when necessary
- Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Work closely with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service

- Address customer needs, feedback, and complaints professionally
