What you’ll do:

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve providing Salesforce Helpdesk and Product Support, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations, and making key decisions to drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the project.
  • Provide Salesforce Helpdesk and Product Support.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll need:

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Proficiency in Salesforce Helpdesk and Product Support.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Development.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Solid grasp of data techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Helpdesk and Product Support.
  • This position is based in Manila.
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
