JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting Officer manages financial records, processes transactions, and ensures timely replenishment and reconciliation of cash and other financial assets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primarily responsible for preparing BIR forms, reports, and documents for both corporate and individual clients.
• Requires keen attention to detail, a solid understanding of BIR regulations and financial statements, and has the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Well-versed in accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
