We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ESI Recruiter to join our team in Pasig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge in IT & Engineering and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the MSP environment.- Location: Pasig, Philippines
- Role: ESI Recruiter - Technical (US)
What You'll Do:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to optimize sourcing strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential talent pools
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to understand the requirements and submit profiles on time.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, Scientific & IT requirements. (Expertise in two or more of the following)
- Must have experience in dealing with W2 candidates.
- Good understand of Engineering, Scientific & IT requirements.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Job Portal, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
- Good negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- Must have experience in hiring all levels of candidates.
- Ability to work as a good team player, screening, maintaining & building the candidate database.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
