Job Description
Posted on 30 April 2025- Provide safe and efficient transport of individuals to and from their desired destinations as per instruction of the supervisor/Manager.
- Conduct daily inspection of the company vehicle to ensure safe travel.
- Conduct daily basic cleaning of the company vehicle.
- Attend to the twice a month general cleaning/carwash of the company vehicle.
- Attend to the annual preventive maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Attend to various errands requested by the company including deliver and pick up of materials / documents.
- Assists the technician in the repair and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other works required on all properties.
- To perform other functions as directed by the Property Manager and President.
- The candidate must have a valid driver's license, excellent driving skills, and a good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent driving skills and the ability to navigate unknown routes fluently; Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes; Highly responsible & reliable; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
