Graduate of BS-Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Microbiology
- Preferably with training certificates in GMP, Halal, and HACCP
- Patient, hardworking and can lead people
- Previous work experience in a microbiology laboratory is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with OJT laboratory experience
- Responsible in daily operation of Sorting Department that includes manpower distribution, area sanitation and hygienic practices, etc.
- Conducts analysis and inspection of raw materials and products
- Reviews and interprets Certificate of Analysis
- Monitors and reviews Food Safety Systems
- Monitors and counter-checks laboratory operations
