The CSA, as the branch’s front liner, handles queries on and processes applications or requests for Bank’s products and services, and account opening. It is the CSA who usually has initial contacts with clients thereby giving him/her the responsibility of having Face to Face contact, doing the KYC and PCOS on boarding to be checked by the BSO in accordance with the Bank, BSP and AMLA policies and guidelines.

Job Specifications: Minimum
Educational Requirement: Graduate of any 4- or 5-year course, computer literacy is a must.
Experience
Experience as CSA (or New Accounts Clerk) is an advantage
