About the role

Remedy Skintech, Inc. is seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Greenhills San Juan location in Metro Manila. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This position is essential to maintaining the professional standards and customer service excellence that Remedy Skintech is known for.

What you'll be doing
  1. Greeting and welcoming clients, patients, and visitors with a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
  2. Managing the reception desk, including answering phones, taking messages and directing calls to appropriate departments or staff members
  3. Scheduling and confirming appointments using our booking systems, ensuring accuracy and organisation
  4. Processing client check-ins and check-outs, including collecting necessary information and payments
  5. Maintaining accurate records of visitor logs, appointment schedules, and client inquiries
  6. Providing information about Remedy Skintech services and treatments to enquiring clients
  7. Managing the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times
  8. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry as required
  9. Coordinating with other departments to ensure client needs are met promptly and professionally
  10. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and securely
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience working as a receptionist or in a similar front-facing customer service role, preferably in a skincare, beauty, healthcare or wellness industry
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and colleagues
  3. Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems, appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Professional appearance and demeanour with a friendly and approachable personality
  6. Ability to remain calm and composed whilst handling difficult situations or challenging clients
  7. Basic knowledge of skincare products and treatments is advantageous but not essential
  8. Fluency in English and Filipino, with additional languages being beneficial
  9. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive client information
  10. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to client satisfaction
