AI & Automation Specialist
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid leave
- Client time zone: UK
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy AI & Automation Specialist to build a personalised AI assistant system for a busy company director. This role blends coding, automation, and workflow design to streamline communications, scheduling, and daily operations using ChatGPT, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement smart workflows that manage emails, schedules, and tasks.
- Integrate AI (ChatGPT/OpenAI) with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other platforms.
- Automate inbox management, reminders, and repetitive processes.
- Connect systems like CRM, cloud storage, and project tools into a unified hub.
- Continuously improve automation and stay updated on the latest AI tools.
- Strong coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience with APIs (Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, OpenAI).
- Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, Make).
- Familiarity with email automation (IMAP, SMTP, API-based).
- Proven experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or automation tools.
Desirable Additional Skills:
- CRM and calendar optimisation.
- UX/UI for automation dashboards.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
