Finance Systems Data Analyst

Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Onsite)

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Finance Systems Data Analyst to ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy across financial and operational systems while driving automation and process improvements. This role focuses on financial data validation, system reconciliation, Excel model development using Power Query, and automated workflows, enabling accurate reporting, variance analysis, and system alignment across platforms like QuickBooks and Salesforce.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Build and maintain automated validation checks to ensure data alignment across financial systems
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement permanent corrective solutions
• Design and maintain audit-ready reconciliation processes and documentation
• Ensure 100 percent accuracy of financial data prior to reporting
• Maintain revenue, billing, and gross margin reporting
• Perform financial performance analysis and variance identification
• Partner with leadership teams to deliver timely and accurate financial insights
• Develop scalable Excel models using Power Query, structured logic, and large datasets
• Create reusable templates for system imports and standardized workflows
• Automate manual financial processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and accuracy
• Perform data reconciliation across QuickBooks, Salesforce, and internal systems
• Maintain supporting files and ensure consistency across multiple platforms
• Improve system alignment and reduce manual intervention through process enhancements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis roles
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, large dataset handling, and validation logic
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including revenue, cost, and gross margin analysis
• Experience in financial data reconciliation across systems such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and internal platforms
• Proven ability to design automated validation checks, reconciliation processes, and audit-ready documentation
• Hands-on experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and system improvement
• Experience developing financial reports, variance analysis, and performance insights
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an advantage
• Experience in system integrations or automation tools is preferred
• Background in staffing, managed service provider, or service-based environments is a plus
• High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and process improvement mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
